At Milton, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor doesn't feel quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off

  Print your prepaid shipping label and either drop off the package at a designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
